Competitor assessment

Competitor assessment can give you a real advantage in knowing what users really value, how well your offering is perceived in comparison with that of your competitors, and which areas of your product should be improved. The results of the assessment builds consensus among project stakeholders and enables you to prioritise a list of items that need to be addressed to compete effectively.

What we do

With a group of your representative users, we assess the similarities of content, structure, branding, functionality and design between your site and those of your competitors. We create a range of tests suitable for each site and compare how users perform across the sites. We randomise the test order so that the influence of users learning from the previous test can be mitigated.

The assessment results will be provided in a written document with supporting video evidence and recommendations.
