Focus groups

A focus group is an informal method for gathering opinions on a specific subject. By facilitating and encouraging discussion and debate among participants, insights can be gleaned that might not be found in one-to-one interviews. The goal is to build a picture of the feelings, ideas and attitudes of participants. Focus groups are a qualitative method not generally used for evaluation.

What we do

We will work with you to build a picture of what information you need and how best to get it. We will recruit a group of your target customers and provide a venue and facilitator for the focus group. Each session will last about 1.5 to 2 hours.

We will present the outcomes of the focus group in a written report with supporting video highlights.
