Personas
Description
Personas are hypothetical users. Developing a number of different personas can aid site development by giving the development team 'people' to focus on when considering usability issues. Each persona will have different goals for using a website and a different set of abilities and experiences.

We interview people with in-depth knowledge of the market, audience and competition to establish a realistic set of goals. We develop each personas characteristics including

- Likes/Dislikes
- Background
- Technological experience
We use stock photography to give each persona a face.
Deliverables
Each persona has a short biography, detailed list of characteristics and a 'mood board' showing the sorts of imagery and products likely to be a part of their lifestyle.
