Requirements definition

Requirements definition enables you to make informed decisions about the design and functionality of your product before you actually start making it. It reduces guesswork in the planning phase and ensures that all the stakeholders understand why the product is being developed, who will use it, what functionality is required and how it will be built.

What we do

We will work with you during the product planning phase to gather requirements from business, marketing and technical staff, potential users and any other relevant groups. We employ a variety of methods depending on your project needs, including contextual inquiry, competitor assessment, task analysis and focus groups.

Based on this research we develop 'personas', user archetypes that represent the needs and goals of those who will actually use your product. Well developed personas are valuable design and communication tools, giving your team a focus for the product and helping avoid issues caused by personal preference or bias.
