Task Analysis

Task Analysis is technique for discovering how tasks are carried out in the user's work context.

What we do

We conduct one-on-one interviews with users in their own environment to discover what they do, why they do it and what matters most to them. We observe them while they work and ask questions in order to obtain a more in depth understanding of their actions. We then bring the design team together and discuss the findings and insights from the interview sessions, encouraging individual interpretations from each individual in order to develop a shared view of the user.
