Improving website usability

This one day training course will help web team members to

• Understand the principles on which a usable site is built
• Adapt the principles of User Centred Design to specific projects
• Make best use of guidelines, standards and conventions
• Avoid common mistakes
• Know where to go for additional information

The course consists of four parts and three or four exercises. Video material of real usability sessions is used to demonstrate user behaviour.
